compile the dvd2avi186 source codec!

when I use the vc ++ 6.0 to compile the dvd2avi186 source codec,but I failed,because it tell me the
macro file iaxmm.inc is necessary.
Can you where
can I find the file?
I have visited the
http://www.intel.com/support/performancetools/macropak .But I can't find these macro files
and download! I also installed Microsoft Visual C++* Processor Pack† for Visual C++* 6.0,
but it can't help me!

Have you installed VC6 Service Pack 5 ? That file for me is in:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\Include

And are you sure you installed the latest Processor Pack (pack5) ?
