Hi all.

I'm surfing all day on this issue - Goggle.com, here and a few other
places. My eye's are about to pop out of my head from this searching.
Maybe it does not exhist. I don't know. Anyways..

I'd like (I need) to create a small GUI for bbMPEG. I want to eliminate
the constant opening and closing, etc. and just a either an:
* Icon that I double-click (based on a .BAT or something) or,
* tiny GUI that I can put an [START] button, and it does what I need
...super fast, no chores etc..just MUX my audio and video and I'm done.

The problem in creating this GUI based on bbMPEG, is that I don't know
what the command-line switch/params are in order to get the MUXing
started.

Below are examples of switches/params for instance..based on beSweet
-------------------------------
-azid( -g 0.95 )
BeSplit -core( -input original.ac3 -prefix e:\track -type ac3 -ending ) -split( 0.500 )
-------------------------------

Does anyone have some good resources for me to sift through and create
this quicky app. I'm not looking to create anything eliaborate, just
something that keeps my tipicle settings (maybe script) and uses that
when it starts up.

The reason why I am looking for bbMPEG over beSweet is simple. All
the muxing I've done in bbMPEG work! I know nothing about beSweet and
don't have the time to learn something that I have no working encodes
based on. I'm familiar w/ bbMPEG at this time :)

Language: Delphi 6

Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure what you're really trying to do but AFAIK bbMPEG is a MPEG2 encoder/muxer while BeSweet is an audio transcoding tool. Have a look at dvd2svcd.org (http://www.dvd2svcd.org). dvd2svcd, the author of DVD2SVCD, has modified bbMPEG to work in command line mode. Maybe you can find more information over there. Nevertheless you should try to post in the right forum (maybe development).

Hi all.

@ tiki4..

Yes, you're probably right. I thought that since it had something to
do w/ audio, and they already had a BeSweet thing going, that my little
app was close to home. I'll try posting there, but that would cause
a "cross-post" issue, hence my being "flaged" or something.. wouldn't
it ??

I'll try anyways, cause I've made some headway now, but I'm stumped at
one piece, and I need some bbMPEG guru's (if there are any) to assist
me on one issue :)

Thanks for your input though, as it may have helped anyways,

I don't think you need to bother about cross-posting. Just choose a good and understandable topic for your post and try to give details what you are planning to do exactly. I guess noone will sue you for asking questions if you do it in the manner that the people round here deserve.
