IFOUpdate... doesnt update

Hi everyone,
i've a little problem with SpiderMan R2 PAL
i need to update ifo files to get right chapter points, etc...
but when i updated all my ifos, i get the same results as if i use the originals unmodified ifo files (the scenarist ifo files works perfectly for the chapter but i cant reach the root menu). Wrong chapters points...
i use ifoupdate with right options. Thats not the problem.
I tryed to get vts sectors with ifoedit... i get the same result.
I really need help
Big 3... 3 times more problem :(
i like those soft but i hope it works for all of us at 100% soon :)

The only thing I can imagine is that you update the wrong ifo. Maybe one from the subdirs with your assets instead of the video_ts dir.

I think it's not fair to say the big 3 -> 3 times more problems. If there's a problem in this case it's with ifoupdate I would say and not with the other programs.

you're right about the big 3... i said that coz i was angry
I already tested to back-up 3 dvds and ifoupdate worked only one time. This dvd is not readable on my standalone player anyway but only on my pc and my xbox.
So, for my problem, i checked my ifos paths and i've chosen the right folders, so the problem is somewhere else.
I'm backing up a new dvd to verify if I've done an error on spiderman.
I hope it will work.
I will tell you if the dvd works in my pioneer standalone player.

it seems the "get vts sectors" feature in ifoedit is needed in some cases.
dunno exactly why
well, i finished my new backup of hannibal. It works perfectly on my pc and xbox with right chapter points... its so enjoyable! I will test on my pioneer 414 tomorrow... if it works, it will make me the man the most happy.

It's not needed in some cases. You always have to do this (except when you did not change anything, but in that case you would have mad an image right away I guess). In fact not many people will even mention it, since it such a basic step in the entire process :sly:
