I would concentrate on lowering the total bitrate and see if you get any errors after you did

yeah that's my plan too.. i'm a bit surprised the total bitrate was too high since i used the settings reauthorist gave me..

do you know what your max bitrate when encoding in CCE was. as you are using DTS (and probably other audio streams) it should definitely not be above 9000, rather around 8500. as you might already know the max bitrate of all streams combined (including subs) may not exceed 9800 kbit, but as you used reauthorist it should have taken care of that anyway :/

I was having errors very similar to this on the project I'm curretly doing (Arujana Vol. 3), sans the bitrate error. I have a fealing the problem lies elsewhere :( The fact that Arujana is the most complex DVD i've ever seen (and I did the matrix manually a loooong time ago) probably doesn't help issues, but InstantCopy7 has zero problems with this disc.

i've lowered the max bitrate to 9000 and still the same errors.. it only has one dd5.1 audiostream and no subtitles.. i don't think it's the bitrate of my encoded videostreams.. but maybe the stuff i haven't touched.. though that makes no sense ):

thnx to influenza i found the problem..
i had to demux the first pgc by vobid, import them in my scenarist project and manually set the last 3 as slideshows..
