I get the following message when I try to encode The Rock Disc 1 (Criterion Edition) and CCE 2.67.00.09 (I'm using DoItFast4U and DoCCE4U for this project):

cce encoding failed: OPV VBV ovf frame# (01:02:15:01)I 45516 max 45370.37 rel 145.63 1.00 qsv 21.71->21.71
[ OK ]

Anyone know what this could mean or what I can do to fix this problem? I've never seen this message before in any other job...

Sounds like a VBV buffer overflow. Try using multipass VBR if you are currently using one pass VBR. What is your max. bitrate?

Hi RB,

I got the same problem, here is my setting:

Min. = 1150
Max. = 2460
Ave. = 2230
VBR 4 pass.
My project is backup DVD movie length of 86 min into 2 SVCD dics using DVD2SVCD program, and encode with CCE 2.67.00.11. I tried 2 movies and both have the same problem (2 pass CBR is flawless). How can I solve this issue

Thanks

Well, I can not comment about those tools (DVD2SVCD or DoItfast4U), but I had that situation, when changed some important parameters in CCE (I set "Progressive" flag ON), but did not create new VAF file before that encode. CCE manual says, in what situation you have to create new VAF.
