CDB error?

here's my problem i used IC7 to do the first 2 disc's of family guy, then i used pdi2iso to convert disc's 1 and 2 to iso and attepted to burn them but when i tried to burn the first one with dvddec in iso write mode i get these errors? i get this first http://home.mindspring.com/~bedweter/cdberror1.jpg , then i click Cancel and i get this http://home.mindspring.com/~bedweter/cdb.jpg i click ok and it spits the disc out and nothing has even be written to it. i have tried 4 different disc out of my batch of riteks, but here is the funny thing the 2nd disc burnd fine . :(

That is the error the Sony seems to return when its too big for the disc.
Look at the capacity in the info window on the right before you hit the burn button. Does it say how many sectors are available?
Compare that number to what it says on the left for image size.
