erro with numenu4u.

I download and installed the lastest version numenu4u into my computer and try to enjoy it , but error ocured:"run-time error:'13', type mismatch." and then terminated.

I am running WINXP, should I go back to win2k???

Same problem with me. Previous I have done some conversions successfully. Also I am running Win XP.
