Is it possible to save streaming video to HDD ?

Does somebody know if it is possible to save streaming video with some utility to HDD ? There is a lot of webpages that offer free streaming videos (for example music videos from http://www.viva.tv/musikvideos.php), but you can only watch them in yor Media PLayer online. I would like to ask you, if someone knows if there is some way how to save these files to my HDD.

I think that Total Recorder records only sound, I would like to save the whole video file with sound.
