I/O Error in DVD Decrypter

I get this I/O while ripping a movie using DVD Decrypter 3.1.6.0. It always fails at file VTS-02_4.VOB. So I tried just ripping that file so that I can post the error message. I cleaned the disk and retried but still it fails.

Take it back and get it changed then

You mean change the DVD burner or the DVD disc?

I've almost the same trouble. It must be the DVD because I can't read it without error neither on two different computers nor on the standalone unit.. Is there a way to get across reading errors?

I had the same problem at exactly at the same point (22% done) in the file even when I used SmartRipper. I guess it must be the disc error so I tried a new disc. And surprisingly the same error at exactly the same point with the new disc too.
