Commercial DVD - Master Disc creation

Hi fellows,

I am developing a DVD game and I've some doubts, could you help me?
- how I will have to create a master disc? It can be recorded in a Pioneer A05 or has that to be recorded in a Dvr-s201, for example? Why?
- What I can make to protect the DVD?
- Do you know if exists a record specifies to record master?

I would like to know, some tips about a commercial DVD creations.
