How do i use CCE to just re-encode the main movie video

I have been using transcoders like DVD shrink and have noticed some quality issues. What i want to do is use CCE to just re-encode the main movie with one auido track and forget about all the menues and extras, is there a guide one how to do that?

you can use DVD2DVD-R.
it use CCE, encode only main movie without menu/extras and it's very easy to use.

Can you do multiple passes in DVD2DVD-R? and where can i get guides for this program in english?

yes you can encode in Multipass. If you take a look at it you shoud know it.
