Rip commentary track to mp3

Hi, im trying to rip just the commentary tracks to mp3, any ideas as what programs i should use to be as quick as i can? Whats the best way to do this?

you really need to read the FAQ, forum rules, and guides. Do that and your question will be answered.

One thing to keep in mind when doing commentaries is that they're mostly(if not all) talking, so a smaller bitrate is acceptable as there won't be such loud booms and music as in a regular movie track.
