Never had this happen before...

Using DVDDecrypter 3.16 and got an "L-EC uncorrectable error"

Posted a jpeg of the error message HERE (http://www.jillrobshaw.com/condo/error.jpg) .

Any help would be appreciated. I also tried SmartRipper 2.41 and they both hang at 70% of the 01_04.VOB.

Dirty, scratched or faulty disc.

Your drive cant read it - another one 'might' be able to.

Jesus...just noticed the version 1.00 firmware on your burner!

For god's sake, update it! version 1.33 is the current version I believe. Go on over to http://www.rpc1.org to download it. (Region free and speed unlocked too :-) )

Thanks for the quick reply, and thanks for all your efforts on DVDDecrypter - awesome application.

The disc looks very clean but it might have some kind of defect I guess?

I'm heading over to get my firmware upgrade right now, thanks.
