XCD ( Xvid with ogg audio ) encode

Is it at all possible to encode an XCD, that uses Xvid and ogg audio using TMPG?
I get an error, " The Error Occurred when ACM was initialized"

Or do I have to somehow do the video and audio seperately?

please define the complete steps you try to make. imho, you should have better options than tmpegenc for your task. i.e. vdubMod.
