how to do PC<-->TV convert

Sometimes I need to do PC<-->TV color scale convert in Avisynth,but I don't know how to do. I guess that the function "Tweak()" may do it well. Anyone can tell me which parameter or other filter should i use? Thanks Very much.

Look at ColorYUV (http://www.avisynth.org/index.php?page=ColorYUV). But be sure what you do - there are only a few cases where this conversion is really needed.
