Keeps Crashing with ntdll.dll errors

i have the newest version 2.513.53.162, and the TMPGEnc keeps crashing with ntdll.dll errors, usually happens when i try to open an mpeg file to add to project, sometimes when i try to choose an directory where to save the file.


please help!!!

What ntdll.dll error do you get?? There are more than only one!
But until you tell what error you have, you can try to :

(01) Re-install TMPGEnc, and be sure to de-install the old version properly!

(02) Re-install your codecs!

(03) Check your RAM !!!

open tmpg go to environmental settings, VFAPI plugin raise priority of directshow higher than all the rest that should fix the ntdll prob.
