How can I change the bitrate of the M2V file?

I am trying import a M2V file and SCENARIST told me:

This file is ripped from a DVD.What's wrong with this file??

Hello xcpu.

Use Restream or dvdpatcher to change this setting. There is no reencoding in the proccess. Just a replace in a byte or two.
