I hope one of the experts for PAL and Interlacing can help me with this one.
I haven't dealt at all with Interlacing and PAL yet, as I always thought PAL DVDs are never interlaced. I recently found the Guide by hakko504, and it really helped a lot. However there are still some things that I don't understand.
I see small (barely visible) video-stops in almost all my encodes (MPEG 1 only), (not only on Standalone but also in PowerDVD), and never found a way to get rid of them. However these small stops were only visible after Muxing,(BBMPEG).
Is there any possibility that this problem is due to the speedup from NTSC 24fps to PAL 25fps? Wouldn't it actually be a good idea to add Decimate(25) to each Script to get rid of all extra frames added?
Thanks in advance...
