I searched but couldn't find it, someone here posted a copy of IT.dll for Avisynth 2.5 and I'm looking for that again. I need it because decomb.dll doesn't want to work properly for me and IT.dll always works. It's not on this page either: http://www.avisynth.org/~warpenterprises/

Are you sure you've seen IT.dll for AVS 2.5 here?

the IT you found is modified by Nic, it called Ver 2.5 by adding 2.5 port, it can be loaded into AviSynth 2.5, but only work under YUY2.

but I found one Japanese Programmer modified the IT into real YV12 version, here you are :D
