problem: when i compress my DV via virtualdub and divx5.05 the video jerks at the keyframes (ie every 10sec for keyframe every 300 frames). however, when i compress AND resize to anything smaller than the original 720x480 the jerkyness goes away.
not really a big problem since i can retain good quality with a slightly smaller resolution, but if i could keep 720x480 i would.
any ideas?
