Errr... well what software are you using to author your DVD projects?!

If it's Maestro, then look in the 'Connections' window and set the 'end-action' to 'Menu 1' (or whatever the name of your intended return menu is).

Thank you, Arky. I am using scenarist, any tips for me? :)

Make a post command for the movie by clicking and dragging on the little "post" tab of the PGC icon for the movie back to the menu to which you want to connect it.

Hope this helps,

Another one (for ReelDVD, thus must also work for scenarist):

you choose the "Next Track" (should be "Next PGC" in scenarist)
and drag the blue arrow from the end of your movie to your menu.

You can even do it to already authored projects, using IFOedit:

open the IFO which belongs to your movie (same VTS_xx_x as the VOB),
find the PGC-number of your Menu (should be the first, if there is
no intro) and the PGC-number of your movie (usualy the last)

then you go in the VTS_PGCITI (upper window) and click
on your movie-PGC, so it shows up in the lower window

in there, you search for "next PGC number", double-click it
and enter the number of your menu-PGC

save the IFO and you´re done.
