Since there is no tutorial in the zip file, I think I have to ask here:)
Can anyone tell me how to set the time offset with vsfilter in Avisynth 2.5.x?:confused:

Hows can I use this dll ??? Must I have VobSub too ???

you use it just like you do with vobsub the only thing is that all the filters have been put into one dll..
so in AviSynth just go
LoadPlugin("path\to\Vsfilter.dll");
then do the command you want..
and i belive That to adjust the time you need to either use MPC if its subtitles in the idx/sub format or you can use SubRip to adjust the times in srt files.. or other text based..
