how can i cheak if the subtitles in an svcd presented corectly???

As I tried to point out in my replay in your other thread, you can try to demux the subs to simply see if they are there.
Otherwise, the only way I know is to get a standalone which supports them. No software solutions atm.
If you're not sure your player supports them, get a sample svcd from vcdhelp.com
