Ogg options in GK 0.28.2 / robot4rip

What are the Ogg options for 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 quality as compared to equivalent mp3 vbr? Ogg is normally (for audio CD encoding anyway) a qaulity level of 1 - 10, with 10 the highest. The 0.# does not make sense here...

I want something close to 160kb/s vbr qaulity, I'm not real concerned with file size.

Can't really compare them to equivalent mp3s are the formats are somewhat different.

However the target bitrates are
0.2 - 90
0.3 - 104
0.4 - 127
