I've played with advanced substation for quite a while, but I recently decided to try ton include "Picture events" in some of my scripts and play with them.
Everything looks and preview fine for a simple script in substation alpha, but I'm unable to get it displayed on my video using textsub (it don't even load the script, if I use it in virtual dub).
I just need to know if it's known and normal, or if nobody never tried to use picture events in SSA to render it in virtual dub.
I already searched the forum twice about this (using picture+event+subtitle in the whole forum and "picture+event" in the subtitle forum) and actually, I found no matches to my request.
Since nobody never asked for it, I guess I'm the only one who ever wanted to use this feature (or the only one who never succeeded :confused: ), maybe this is the reason it isn't implemented in the Vdub/avisynth filters (if it isn't).
Anyway, thanks Gabest for all your work on MPC and text/vobsub, VSfilter...
/me is going to play with the new Matroska DSfilter made by an alien :D
