Use Vob's subtitle map

I am trying to run subrip using CLI. But i cannot turn of "Use Vob's subtitle map" option. This option causes a "Cannot create file G:\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.srm. Access Denied" error.:mad:
Does any one know how to turn this option off with the CLI or better still how to tell Subrip to write this file to a different location.
