hy i want to tranform divx and svcd to dvd i know how to do that ( ouh at least i know how :) )

but i got a big issue!

how can i put a permantly subtitule into the xvid or divx or svcd????

if you think about hard burning the subtitle into the picture for not using overlay on playback , it means reencoding the video. pass it thru avisynth or virtual dub and use the appropriate vobsub / textsub filter.
