how can i insert a picture into my thread? i know there is the IMG button, but i don't know how to use it.

so you can't upload a picture from your computer into your thread? you can only put it as an attachment.

Read that page again where is says "Adding Images".

FYI attachments don't work at the moment.

i think you don't understand me or i can't express myself the right way. so far i can read, it is not possible to put a picture from my hd into the thread. it is only possible with pictures which have http://.
