problems with loging in

i have problems with loing into my User Control Panel. sometimes is works, and on an other day it doesn't. the same problems are with writing threads.

after i put my username and pasword into the blank places (don't know how to describe it better) and press enter, i just get set back to the same page where you have to enter your username and password.

Clear cookies. Go into your user options and set it to "remember" who you are on each visit.
