nebody got official subs 4 this movie i can only find fansubs and they 1's on the hkdvd's are not too good. The prob with the fansubs is 4 some reason they gradually go out of sync; there was another post on this, is there such thing as a framerate 4 subs?

If you have time-based subs, it makes a difference whether it is a PAL or a NTSC movie ... speedup and all that stuff. Lots of convertors for that sort of thing.
Also, there are quite a few utils to fix a gradual out-of sync problem (check the full software download page). The real tricky ones are those cases where you have slightly different cuts of a movie so you can't simply apply a constant factor to correct for run-time differences.

smiler could u perhaps suggest some of the first, ntsc-pal timebased converters and second, some of the gradual-out-of-sync progs?

Yes, but only for the main movie. The second DVD is not subbed.
