How to convert VobSub to SubRip?

with vobresync you can save it as srt but you have to do ocr

Where i get vobresync, because i made a google search and it doesnt found anything

Its part of vobsub. When u instal it, subresync is installed also.

VobSub .subs are essentially stripped vobs, so any vob subtitle ripper should accept those.
