Why can't I use a decimal value for Constant Quality when I choose TMPG in DVD2SVCD? Let's say I choose the fixed value optioin for CQ. DVD2SVCD would allow me to enter only integer values (87) in this case while TMPG itself allows me to enter decimal values (87.25) for Constant Quality.
I tried to use the Recover option of DVD2SVCD to get around this problem, that is:
1) Let's say I would interrupt DVD2SVCD while it encodes using TMPG
2) Start TMPG manually, modify the CQ value and encode the video file
3) Use the Recover option and continue the process after Video Encoding
But then DVD2SVDC performs pulldown which it would not do if I did the whole thing from DVD2SVCD. If I skip the Pulldown option in Recover and go directly to Muxing and ... (smth), DVD2SVCD would complain that a file was not found.
But my questions are:
1) Can I use a decimal Constant Quality (CQ) value in DVD2SVCD?
2) If not, is there a way to get around this problem?
