Have problems with an avi I created myself using Gknot. I want to convert and author into an DVD -R. Do this to gain insight and understanding about how different tools work.
This is what happens:
- Use Gspot which reports that audio is VBR MP3
- Use virtualDub to extract wav file, get warning regarding VBR-sound
- Use player to make sure sound is fine - It is
- Use BeeSweet to convert wav --> MP2
- Use player again - Only nasty hissing sound from speaker!
The Avi plays fine so no problem in the source. What's going one here?
