Just wondering if there is a program that can encrypt or pulse a dvdr?:confused:

No, not that I know of any, but it should not be a big deal to create such tool. But what possilble use could there be for it? Help me, I can't think of any.

I have some rare thin lizzy footage that people will pay good money for and I paid a fortune for it. I have Transfered it from vhs to DVD.

fair enough. Still I am missing the point of scrambling the DVD. You got to keep in mind that the CSS ain't no copy protection. Even a scrambled DVD can be copied easily.
The CSS just limits the number of platforms the DVD can be played back. The Player has to have a very expensive piece of software: licensed CSS descrambler.

Furthermore, you will have to get something very expensive: A CSS licence...

And you have to have DVD-Ra (authoring) DVDs (and appropriate burner), or have them pressed to have encryption, because DVD-Rg (general) and DVD-RW, DVD+R/RW do not have the portion of the DVD required for the keys.
