By simple transformations ;) I have made 'Professional' Quantizer Matrix specially for those people who wants video of high, professional quality in the format called 'XviD MPEG4'. The size of a file is more, than at use 'MPEG' and 'H.263' quantization types of the codec, but less, than at use MPEG2. This matrix can be necessary, for example, for people, which want to save their video works (3dsmax, adobe premiere) with very small losses of quality and rather small size of a file.
Obviously, for highest quality it is better to use:
Encoding Mode: 1 Pass - quantizer
Quantizer: 2

'readme-english.txt' included:
----------
The matrix 'Professional' is created from the matrix 'andreas_78er'
by transformation of values under the following formula:
'professional.value = trunc(([andreas_78er.value]-8)/2)+8'
Use of the option 'Quartelpel' is not recommended.
The received videostream is incompatible with the decoder 'ffdshow',
therefore it is necessary to use native 'XviD' decoder or
option 'Use XviD' in the decoder 'ffdshow'.

----------
Apparently 'ffdshow' does not support values of 'Custom quantization matrix' less than 15 :(
