What are proper configs for ProCoder and CCE with DVD2SVCD?

Yes, I've looked. If the answer is easily available, I'm blind.

How are ProCoder and CCE configured so DVD2SVCD will work with them? I watch TMPGEnc work without any problems. The other two, however, hang after audio transcoding.

You don't need to configure them. D2S does that for you.

Are you specifying the right path to CCE or Procoder? D2S even starts the CCE if its installed for the first time on your system so that all the registry entries are created.

Which Version of CCE are you using? Try to run the exe manually and close it and then specify the right path in the encoder tab in D2S.
