Help-me clean this video please.

Hi guys, can anyone help me cleaning this video? There are several lines in the capture. :(
I have tried several virtual dub but cant get a good result.

don't think this is xvid related - just looks like signal noise from cables or mains interference

Looks like what old VHS tapes do, however I don't see "The Bottom Artifact", so it's probably not VHS.
