Why not Move all "FAQ-like" topics into a subforum for certain areas, like the XviD area for example?

To collect the most refered to threads in a FAQ-forum would save alot of repetition I think... :)

Well, there are sticky FAQs that don't get read very often...


you would propose a forum where all often-referred-to (user-)threads would come to... would confusing for the average user, wouldn't it?

No, quite the contrary. To collect all "FAQ-like" and most refered to topics in one place, and set the default view to show all threads, would be really helpful I think.
