Sorry to bother anyone, but I've been experiencing this bug from Helix Producer. In the past it use to accept the *.avi i put in, but recently it gives me an error saying
"the file asdf.avi does not contain recognized data for encoding"
in the log it reports:
funtional area>file reader>Neither uncompressed audio or video was available in DirectShow Reader
functional area>file reader>unexpected file format, asdf.avi may be a flat file"
I don't know what ive installed. maybe the Mastroka playback filter or ffvfw... or maybe even the new xvid codecs. please help :confused:
