special divx for gray ONLY movies?

well, i've got a small question. have anyone of you ever heard about special divx coding for black-white and gray movies? sometime ago i had a gray movie("czesc tereska", poland 2000) and i was wondering if there could be any solution of getting better atributtes, without going more that 700MB. anyone helP?
