Thanks guys for the replies.
to answer some of them: the dvd plays perfectly on other players. all functions work. Personally don't like Nero for burning dvd's. Have used Record now with no problems ... never. Other simpler dvd's (one menu and movie w/chapters) play perfectly on the Pioneer. How do u make a spot-on perfect dvd ?
thanks guys. I'll keep trying different ways til I get it right. My client is impacient since this dvd must go to a replication house.
