Convert your txt into srt using subripper.
Convert srt file into sup file using srt2sup.
It really works.

Hi, the simple answer is no.

Srt2sup only converts SRT files to SUP files. Although SRT files can be in bitmap format.

It will also convert SUP files back into a SRT bitmap format.

There are other tools that can convert subtitle formats!

For idx/sub to sup, try sub2sup :) (doom9 software page).
