Spy Game, Stargate, The Martins 2 name a few

Has anyone done a full disc rip of any of the following R2 discs,
Spy Game
Stargate
The Martins

These seem to give a blank screen or the menu stays on the screen but the counter on the player show's that it is playing. I have managed to get them to work on a couple of standalones everytime with to hack or anything needed.

Does this have anything to do with Macro code? or something else that I have missed, bearing in mind I have done in excess of 200 full disc rips.

I've done spygame.
Dvddecryper to get movie vob and used ifoedit to get rid of audio and subtitles I did not want, and if I remember correct, used shrink to get it on one dvd media.
Used IfoEdit to split the movie in two. Put main part on disk 1 and the rest and extra's on disk two.
Both with menu's.
No Problems.
In both cases the film playes in IfoEdit and burned to disks with RecordNow Max.:D

I've done also spy game.I use dvddecrypter for ripping.then dvd shrink to move all spain,bulgarian etc audio and subtitles,and burned it with imgtool.and it's working on all dvd player I tryed:)
