Anybody remember the name of the composite filter?

There was a filter for getting rid of the noise which appears around objects when watching a composite signal. can anybody remember where it was and give me aq link plz.

Also I have banding lines going upt rh screeen! is this interference from the computer or what???

thats not it, t had somthing to do with elfs or something.

I remember the maker was having a jokew saying the filter had a X watching over the video and remvoing composit lines.

I have searched tons, no results... :(

am I just a bad searcher???
