A few days ago I installed SP3 for W2K, and then after rebooting and encoding a divx.. my system would not shut-down. It would Save my settings, screen would remain blue and I would have live cursor. My question is now it happens regardless of what I've dont during the day, and Im wandering if this was caused by SP3 or something in my encoding process or the program I was using. TMPEnc. Any feedback would be appreciated...

PS - Ive heard a rumor about a certain update in SP3 that causes this.. any word?

Crazyman,
What's the size of your computer RAM? Your program probably overloaded it. Try setting your virtual memory to a higher value.
Hope this will help!
