VMware 3.2 WS doesn't support DVD-drives (not sure about 4.0), but the tools itself should run perfectly.

...yes the tools run perfectly...but doitfast4u use dvd decrypter and dvd decrypter need aspi to access dvd rom drive. thats the problem :(
