Hi all!

I have avi-movie with frame rate 29,974. I have tried to convert it in SVCD using different encoders itselves but without any success - during convertion I have lost audio-video synchronization.
In one case (using encoders itselves) I got movie not only slightly de-synchronized but also with effect of slightly freezing frames.
I have tried to use DVD2SVCD - first of all I got message - non-standard frame rate - it will be adjusted.
DVD2SVCD fails in audio convertion - during BeSweet working I got message - Non-proper scale - and application was frozen.
Please explain to my stuppid brains what should I do for successful conversion of that movie into PAL-SVCD. Maybe it is not possible at all?

Thank for all who will replay,

Alexey

First extract the audio using goldwave, vdub, avi2wav, or something similar. Then adjust the framerate of the video using vdub. Remux the adjusted video file and the extracted audio back together using vdub. Check the file in media player first for synch issues before converting. It should work OK. I've done this a few times w/out any probs.
