Hi.
I tried to insert permanent svcd subtitles when converting an avi to svcd.
The original avi was 23.976 fps and the subtitles use that fps too.
The final svcd had the subtitles out of sync.
I suppose thats because i converted NTSC to PAL (I prefer convert to PAL because PAL svcd look MUCH better in my television).
How can i mantain the sync when converting to PAL?
