I started off creating a SVCD and then discovered that my DVD player doesn't support menus or chapters for SVCD. So I changed the Resize setting to VCD and Output File Type to MPEG-1. But I'm still getting an MPEG-2 muxed file.

Hi Sync
Svcd will look better than a vcd, but If you want to make a vcd, then you need to go to the 'Misc' tab and hit the 'Load settings' button. Navigate to your DVD2SVCD installation folder and load the file: VCD-Settings.ini
I hope that helps.:)

Thanks. That does work. Now I'll have to compare the 2 settings to see what was creating the MPEG-2 file.
