mpg 2 svcd

I recently d/l Terminator 2 - Ultimate Edition (SVCD DVDrip) the qulaity is great, but when i try to convert file 1 (mpeg) to a vcd/svcd using nero the picture and sound are out of synch by a long way. Files 2 & 3 are Perfect. Is there any way I can fix the error with file one :mad:
